Actual Drive in a 80 Year Old Car

At Dromoland Orchard & Stables we want everyone to enjoy moments that will last for a lifetime. Our hope is to take you back in time to 1932. Over 80 years ago this was very unique time in history. It was the during the

Great Depression, Franklin Delano Rosevelt was President of the USA.

Lou Gehrig was voted MVP in Major League Baseball. The highest levels

of unemployment was rampant in USA and Canada. In 1932 a company

called OAKLAND MOTOR CARS was producing there PONTIAC vehicles.

Named after the great Chief Pontiac

of the Ottawa Nations. This original

NEO-CLASSIC Motor Cars were the

unique engineering and combination with Automation & Carriages. Only

72,000 vehicles were produced . It would prove during these difficult times to be the last year of Oakland Motor Cars and the birth of the PONTIAC COMPANY for General Motors in 1933.

At Dromoland we have one of the few

1932 Pontiac V6 Model 402 Deluxe

a 2 door Sedan that is our Museum. A

Vehicle that we actually take you for

a  Driving Tour and explain the History and the Incredible Engineering

of 1932.
